The puppies were introduced to "puppy mush" this week.... a concoction of lamb and rice puppy kibble, low sodium broth and boiled chicken.... all pureed in a blender.
They get it everywhere!!
And then they get wobbly.... and pass out cold!!The puppies were also given their 2nd round of dewormer (given at weeks 2,4,6 and 8) and had their nails trimmed for the first time. We will trim them every week until they go to their new homes!
Next week we will introduce the "puppy litter box".... which they will use until they are big enough to push open the doggy door.
Now is when all the real fun begins!! :)
